innerPictures Coaching is a very authentic and effective way to go ahead with your personal development – everything you see and experience comes from your own inner self and there is no interpretation needed from the outside. In our lives we act in certain patterns we have learned in the past and we sometimes feel that something is keeping us from doing what we would like to do... As soon as we become aware and take responsibility for our life we might want to change things – find root causes for being caught our blocked, make steps towards "freedom" and evolution.

The patterns are related to experiences that are "stored" in neuronal images in the brain or even in the cells of our body. The impulse of talking, acting, listening and feeling in our world of inner images initiates a self-organization process, which can be felt and described as development.

When clients come across scenes they can relate to directly they often ask: "Has it really happened the way I see and feel it according to my inner images?" The answer is simple: "It doesn't really matter if it has really exactly happened this way. What you see in your inner images is how you have felt and recorded it for yourself in this experience from the past."

Your personal perception of what has happened is just as "right and real" as the inner development that takes place during your innerPictures Coaching process – creating new images, linked experiences and a new order. You will most probably realize how with the change in your inner images a shift in your feelings takes place – making you more aware of the old patterns and at the same time opening new pathways you can walk without them.

Often there is a most rewarding reflection in the "outer world" as a reaction to what we have gone through in our inner process of change. It is your process of change that is exciting and moving at the same time.
